Customer Premises Hygiene Procedures – COVID

We would like to reassure all of our clients of continuity of service, the safe assessment and management of risk and stringent, ongoing hygiene protocols.

We understand that our clients' stairlifts are a critical piece of equipment in day to day life and that we are here to support you.

In line with the UK Governmental guidance on COVID 19/Coronavirus, it is a reasonable assumption that the majority of stairlift users are clinically vulnerable to COVID 19. Even though we are no longer legally obligated to do so, we are still employing strict on-site hygiene proceedures to limit the potential for infection. We are still testing all of our staff members on a twice-weekly basis and still wear face coverings in client premises unless requested not to do so. We would also politely request that all clients advise us of any suspected COVID infections in their household, to allow us, in turn, to protect our other customers accordingly.
