Multilift Vertical Platform Lift
A compact, unenclosed solution designed to provide safe, reliable wheelchair access between two levels; the Multilift vertical platform lift is designed and built by Savaria — a global leader in accessibility products. A practical alternative to a traditional passenger lift where space or structural restrictions make a full lift installation impractical, the drive system is housed entirely within the lift tower, so no separate machine room is required.
With a maximum capacity of 385kg, an automatic access ramp deploys at the lower landing for easy entry and exit, while simple push-and-hold controls allow the user to operate the lift independently. For added convenience, a separate call station can also be mounted nearby.
Suitable for a wide range of environments including private homes, public entrances, schools, community facilities, shops, offices, and hospitality venues; the Multilift can be installed indoors or outdoors.
Flexible access configuration
Available with either straight-through or 90-degree entry and exit, the Multilift can be configured around the layout of the building. Standard travel distance is 1,219mm, with an extended option available up to 1,829mm for greater changes in level.
As standard, safety features include:
- Obstruction sensors stop the lift automatically if anything is detected in the path of travel
- Continuous-pressure controls ensure the lift only moves while the button is held
- Landing gates lock automatically while the lift is in motion
- Non-slip platform surface for secure wheelchair positioning
- Automatic access ramp provides safe, controlled entry and exit at the lower landing

Installation
As a Gold Handicare Partner and approved installer, we've been supplying and fitting accessibility products since 2016. All our engineers hold enhanced DBS checks. We carry out a free site survey to confirm suitability, and plan the installation in full.
