Andrew came and measured on monday and the stair lift was fitted on thursday. Excellent service from a local company.  It stood out how they cared about my father in laws needs and safety. Would highly recommend this company.

I called the company today, how friendly and helpful on the phone, i needed a new battery for my stair lift , came out within an hour, the gentleman was very nice and helpful, explained everything he was doing, i would recommend this company to anybody who needs a stair lift or has any problems with theres i will never go with anybody else, thank you so much 😊😊

My mum had recently returned home after a spell in hospital but found that she could no longer climb the stairs and risked being confined to the ground floor. A call to Express Stair Lifts meant they were round to measure the same afternoon and after some juggling were able to install the lift the following day. All the guys were friendly and extremely helpful and mum is really pleased. So far excellent service and they deserve the five stars.

Everything about this service was excellent. From the rapidity of the installation to the communication and professionalism throughout. Unfortunately, during the installation my mum had a nasty fall and Andrew was fantastic help in the emergency, going well above and beyond what could be expected. He also managed to complete the installation around the ambulance crew to enable getting my mum down the stairs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Many thanks.

Quick response to my initial enquiry for rental of a lift for an awkward staircase with two turns. Dave came the next day to do the survey and decide on what was possible and a week later Andrew was here fitting it! Smooth process, reasonable cost, good instruction and demonstration plus excellent service all round. Just hope mum appreciates it……. Highly recommended.

Excellent and very professional service.  Andrew provided my Dad with total reassurance about the purchasing arrangement for the stair lift.  The stair lift was installed within just a couple of days of Dad making a decision and Andrew was very patient when explaining to Dad how to safely use the lift.  Dad now says getting the lift is one of the best things he has done.  We greatly recommend Express Staiflifts.  Thank you.

Excellent and friendly professional service from first contact.    Contacted after reading previous reviews on behalf of my 90 year old father.      I wanted a local company and the service has been great from Andrew and his team.     No hard sell or pushing and always kept me updated through the process.    Even sorted out the removal of an old gas fire that was in the way to install the lift.    The gas fitters  were very thorough and friendly.    Once that was done the stair lift was fitted promptly and is now working well.    Operating instructions clearly explained.    I was amazed at the risk assessments and care taken over safety.    Now its a case of getting my father to get used to using it !    Thanks Andrew and team.

Amazing service from first contact, survey and fitting. Friendly and very helpful advice given before choosing  a new stairlift which has made a big difference to my life.

We are very thankful that we chose Express Stairlifts Southwest to install our Handicare stairlift. The whole experience has been very professional and took less than a week. The installation itself took less than two and half hours and everything left clean and tidy. It is straightforward to use and is just what we wanted. Everything was explained clearly and at no time was any pressure on us to make a choice. Highly recommend them.

Called David on behalf of my elderly aunt.
Once supplied with the displayed error code, David arranged for Andrew to visit within the hour with new batteries.
Unfortunately it was more complex than first thought, but that did not deter Andrew, who suggested the whole seat assembly be swapped out with a newer reconditioned one.
He popped back to the workshop and within 30 minutes had returned. Fitted recon unit, adjusted and tested. One very happy auntie.
I cannot praise this company highly enough. Superb and friendly service from start to finish and would definitely recommend this company. Thankyou David and Andrew.

This company provides a superb service for a very reasonable price. A lift was needed for my mother in law after being discharged from hospital. A reconditioned stairlift was fitted and up and running within 4 days of my having contacted them. The staircase was curved but this was not an issue for the modular lift fitted. All work was carried out with care and patience. The owner of the business - Andrew - coud not have been more helpful. The after sales service is equally excellent with a very rapid response to any problems encountered. I would really recommend this company to anyone needing a stairlift in Cornwall.

I called Express Stairlifts to fix a broken chair lift, I had not used them before.They were with me in a few hours.The engineer was courteous polite and very professional, I felt great confidence in him to do a good job, which he did. He showed great empathy towards disabled people. He explained exactly what was wrong in language I understood. Offering advice I needed which I have taken, without being in any way pushy. He was very quick, not wasting time important as to keeping the cost down. I was so pleased with the bill it was amazing, so much cheaper than many companies. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.They work in excellence, refreshing to see that there are still those that do value the customer. I can write nothing negative and will use them in the future.

We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Andrew before, during and after intallation of a much needed stair lift. Our stair lift had been troublesome for years. We were going to replace it but on the advice of Andrew at Express, we had a service and overhaul instead which was obviously considerably cheaper - they weren't simply trying to sell us a new lift. I am pleased to say that we have had no problems since and the lift is going strong
